Stock & Availability: 

Please note that our online inventory is also part of our brick & mortar store’s inventory.  Therefore, at times we may be unable to fulfill your online order. If this occurs we will contact you within 1 business day after submitting the order. 

 

Returns & Exchanges: 

You may return or exchange the item within 14 days of receipt for a full refund in the original form of payment, less the shipping cost.  Please note all returns must be un-used, in the original condition and with the tags attached (if applicable).  Sale items are not returnable.  FOUND does not offer price adjustments on any previously purchased goods.  

When placing a return, please provide us with the following information: 

- original invoice or receipt

- the item(s) being returned

- if you'd like a return or exchange 

- reason for return or exchange

Once the item(s) is received an email notification will be sent to you.  If the return is in its original condition, we will process the exchange or refund.  As a reminder, original shipping costs are not refunded. Your return will be processed within 7-10 business days. 

 

Gift Cards: 

Gift cards can be purchased in any denomination, never lose value and never expire!  Please call the shop at 207-604-5009, or email pamela@foundinmaine.me to order a gift card.  Gift cards ship for free!

We will never share or distribute your information!  Contact information may be used to keep you updated about Maine artisans, new products and/or sales.  If you would like to be removed from the mailing list, please email pamela@foundinmaine.me.
