What shipping service is used? 

USPS is our preferred shipping method.  

 

What is the cost of shipping? 

Based on the dimensions and weight of the item(s), your shipping options will be available during checkout. 

 

When will my order ship? 

Orders ship within 2 to 3 business days after purchase. Please note, orders do not ship out on Saturdays, Sundays or holidays. 

 

Where will my order ship from? 

Orders ship from our brick & mortar shop in beautiful downtown Kennebunk, Maine. 

 

When will I know my order has shipped? 

An email will be sent to you that includes your tracking number.  

 

Where do you ship? 

We are currently shipping in the United States.  

 

What do I do if my order is broken, defective, or lost?

Special care is taken to ensure that your order is packaged securely and protected well. If your purchase arrives damaged or is defective, please contact us immediately so that we may resolve the problem.  Email: pamela@foundinmaine.me 

 

 

Returns & Exchanges: 

 

You may return or exchange the item within 14 days of receipt for a full refund in the original form of payment, less the shipping cost.  Please note all returns must be un-used, in the original condition and with the tags attached (if applicable).  Sale items are not returnable.  FOUND does not offer price adjustments on any previously purchased goods.  

 

When placing a return, please provide us with the following information: 

 

- original invoice or receipt

 

- the item(s) being returned

 

- if you'd like a return or exchange 

 

- reason for return or exchange

Once the item(s) is received an email notification will be sent to you.  If the return is in its original condition, we will process the exchange or refund.  As a reminder, original shipping costs are not refunded. Your return will be processed within 7-10 business days.
